Our digital Medway talking therapies can be delivered in a group or individual face-to-face, on an online video call or using our typed text-based secure digital platform, or via a webinar.

Our Digital Talking Therapies are Offered Through:

ieso Instant Messaging CBT

ieso allows you to have a text-based chat with a fully trained therapist.

This therapy is great for you if you need flexibility around your appointments. You can manage these sessions around your existing life commitments as sessions are offered between 6AM – 11PM, seven days a week. It also means you don’t have to factor any time in to travel to these appointments as they are all fully online.

This form of digital talking therapy is delivered through typing rather than speaking to a therapist, so it’s 100% confidential as no one can overhear you.

You’ll learn practical ways to deal with your worries and you can fully access past sessions and activities up to 12 months after you’ve finished your therapy.

Silver Cloud Self-Help CBT

Silver Cloud can offer you practical ways to deal with everyday worries, stresses, and other feelings, at a time and in a place that works for you.

This therapy is a form of computerised CBT which gives you access to a wide range of self-help guides, information, and interactive content. You can access this while you’re waiting for treatment.

This therapy is great for you if want instant access to talking therapy and want the flexibility of being able to access this online and working this around your existing commitments.


We offer a range of informal, friendly sessions to give you coping strategies to improve how you feel.

Don’t worry, you’re not talking to a robot! Our webinars are run by fully trained therapists.

You’ll be able to communicate during the webinars via typed messages, rather than having a verbal chat. Our webinars are not group therapy; you don’t need to get involved or contribute to the chat if you don’t want to. If you’d like to,  you can type any comments or questions in the chat facility.

This therapy is great for you if you want to access treatment quickly as they are run regularly at different times of the day so you can have flexibility around your existing life commitments.
