Who Are Kent and Medway Talking Therapies?

Kent and Medway’s NHS Talking Therapy services are provided by a partnership between Vita Health Group and With You, offering a range of free mental health support across Kent and Medway.

We are a NHS funded project so all our services are free and confidential. You can easily access local support by self-referring or speaking to you GP.

Have a Long-Term Health Condition

We can provide support with common mental health conditions including:

  • Insomnia
  • Stress
  • Panic and agoraphobia
  • Worry and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Health & social anxiety
  • Long-term health conditions

 

Who Can Access These Talking Therapies?

You can access our talking therapies if you are:

  • Aged 17.5 or over
  • Live or work in Kent or Medway
  • Aren’t already engaging with another mental health service

You can self-refer, refer someone in your care, or your GP or health professional can refer you.

Submit a self referral by using our digital assistant pop-up, you will be guided through some questions which will take 20-30 minutes.
