Getting Support

We want everyone in the Kent and Medway area to have easy access to talking therapies, to help support your mental health.

To access your local service, you can refer yourself or ask your GP or health professional to make the referral.

Our self-referral process

You can self-refer to our talking therapies service by calling, texting or filling out our online form which means you don’t have to go through your GP or other healthcare professional.

Simply tell us how you’re feeling and we’ll help you find a local service that suits you best.

For carers of people with long-term health conditions

If you’re currently caring for a family member with a long-term health condition, you can refer them for a talking therapy too. Simple tell us how they’re feeling, and we’ll support them to improve their mental health.

And don’t forget about yourself either. Being a carer is an extremely challenging role so it’s important to look after your mental health too.

If you would like some support, you can access a local talking therapy for yourself too; simply get in touch to self-refer.

For GPs and healthcare professionals

We also accept referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals. Find out how you can refer a patient to us.
