NHS Talking Therapies in Kent and Medway provides free, confidential mental health support for adults aged 17.5 and over who are registered with a local GP. We help people manage common difficulties such as stress, anxiety and depression, and make it easy to access support through self-referral.

You can self-refer to our talking therapies service by completing our online form via Limbic, our online referral assistant or by calling us on 0333 091 0414. Or, you can go to your GP or another healthcare professional and ask them to refer you directly to us through our professional referral form.
We are unable to provide crisis support or therapeutic advice via email. If you need help for a mental health crisis or emergency, you should get immediate expert advice and assessment.
